Shipping Range

LovePet currently ships to the United States only (48 contiguous states). We are working hard to expand our shipping coverage to more locations soon.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): FREE on orders over $49
Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $4.99 for orders under $49
Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $9.99

Important Notes

📦 We currently do not offer international shipping.
🏠 We cannot deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.
🚚 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order status in your My Account page or by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.
